Human behavior is the most underestimated force in any organization.
Most leaders know something is off — in their culture, their teams, their ability to execute. What they can't see are the behavioral patterns driving their decisions, the motivational gaps beneath their strategy, or the communication breakdowns quietly eroding performance. They keep solving for the wrong thing.
My work is about making the invisible visible.
I'm Anya Pechko, founder of Project Be and a Color Code Certified Facilitator. I don't work as a traditional coach. I work at the systems level — designing human operating systems that translate behavioral patterns, motivational drivers, and communication styles into strategic intelligence leaders can actually use. I've applied this work to hiring decisions, team cohesion, conflict resolution, feedback systems, and organizational culture across industries.
At the center of everything is one belief I keep returning to: most organizations underperform not because they lack strategy, but because they don't fully understand the human systems operating underneath it. I work to make those systems visible — and to build the shared language that makes them navigable.
My specializations include behavioral psychometrics, generational workforce integration, digital wellness, and the intersection of technology and human connection. I work with founders, executives, and leadership teams who are ready to stop guessing about their people and start seeing clearly.
